Job summary

Vertu Mercedes Benz of Beaconsfield is recruiting a Parts Advisor to join our team. The full-time, permanent role is 42.5 hours per week, with Monday to Friday 8am–5:30pm and Saturdays paid as overtime on a rota.

The base salary is £31,824 with a bonus that takes earnings to an OTE of £34,224, plus company benefits and overtime opportunities. You will handle trade parts enquiries, identify parts, promote offers and upsell to drive sales while keeping up with technical knowledge through training.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Parts Advisor in the motor industry preferred.
• Ability to accurately identify parts to meet customer requirements.
• Ambitious with a drive to seek new sales opportunities.

We are offering a basic salary of £31,824 plus bonus (OTE £34,224)company benefits and overtime opportunities. This is a full time permanent role across 42.5 hours per week,working Monday-Friday 8am-5:30pm with Saturdays paid as overtime on a rota.

We have a great team on site who are committed to providing a fantastic customer experience and are able to offer a professional service to trade customers. Your daily duties will include dealing with incoming trade parts enquires and orders via telephone and online platforms.

You will be able to accurately identify parts to meet the customer sales requirements, Utilising all product promotions effectively to achieve specific targets set, Identifying and maximising all upsell opportunities thereby growing overall sales figures, be able to maintain your own knowledge levels on new or updated parts through the completion of appropriate training courses and reading information from bulletins, catalogues, parts updates, special offers, recalls etc.

Ideally for this role you will have Parts Advisor experience from within the Motor industry or a great technical/mechanical knowledge of cars. You will need to be ambitious and have a determination to seek out new sales opportunities within our customer database and exceed parts sales objectives on a daily basis.
