Job summary

Vertu SEAT and Cupra Carlisle is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our team. The role offers a basic salary of £30,000 and requires a 42.5 hour work week.

You will handle incoming trade parts enquiries and orders via telephone and online platforms, identifying parts to meet customer needs and applying promotions to drive sales. Training and benefits are provided to support your career growth.

Vertu SEAT and Cupra Carlise have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join our brilliant team!

We are offering a basic salary of £30,000 plus company benefits! You will be required to work 42.5 hours per week.

The working hours are 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday with a 30-minute lunch break.

We have a great team on site who are committed to providing a fantastic customer experience and are able to offer a professional service to trade customers. Your daily duties will include dealing with incoming trade parts enquires and orders via telephone and online platforms.

You will be able to accurately identify parts to meet the customer sales requirements, Utilising all product promotions effectively to achieve specific targets set, Identifying and maximising all upsell opportunities thereby growing overall sales figures, be able to maintain your own knowledge levels on new or updated parts through the completion of appropriate training courses and reading information from bulletins, catalogues, parts updates, special offers, recalls etc.

Ideally for this role you will have Parts Experience from a similar role within the Motor industry. You will need to be ambitious and have a determination to seek out new sales opportunities within our customer database and exceed parts sales objectives on a daily basis.
