Vertu Hyundai Silverlink is looking for a Parts Advisor to join our team on site. You will handle incoming trade parts enquiries and orders by phone and online, identify parts to meet customer needs, and promote promotions to drive sales.

Ideally you have parts experience in the motor industry, and you will benefit from extensive training, a generous holiday allowance, pension, employee discounts, and other benefits offered by the Vertu group.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join our brilliant team here at Vertu Hyundai Silverlink!

We are offering a basic salary of £29,720plus company benefits and NO WEEKEND WORKING!

We have a great team on site who are committed to providing a fantastic customer experience and are able to offer a professional service to trade customers. Your daily duties will include dealing with incoming trade parts enquires and orders via telephone and online platforms.

You will be able to accurately identify parts to meet the customer sales requirements, Utilising all product promotions effectively to achieve specific targets set, Identifying and maximising all upsell opportunities thereby growing overall sales figures, be able to maintain your own knowledge levels on new or updated parts through the completion of appropriate training courses and reading information from bulletins, catalogues, parts updates, special offers, recalls etc.

Ideally for this role you will have Parts Experience from a similar role within the Motor industry. You will need to be ambitious and have a determination to seek out new sales opportunities within our customer database and exceed parts sales objectives on a daily basis.
