Job summary

Vertu Hyundai Silverlink is looking for a Parts Advisor to join our team on site. You will handle incoming trade parts enquiries and orders by phone and online, identify parts to meet customer needs, and promote promotions to drive sales.

Ideally you have parts experience in the motor industry, and you will benefit from extensive training, a generous holiday allowance, pension, employee discounts, and other benefits offered by the Vertu group.

Qualifications

• Parts experience in the motor industry.
• Ambitious and able to seek out new sales opportunities within customer database.

Responsibilities

• Deal with incoming trade parts enquiries and orders via telephone and online platforms.
• Accurately identify parts to meet customer sales requirements.
• Utilise promotions to achieve targets and maximise upsell opportunities.
• Participate in training to maintain knowledge of new parts, recalls and bulletins.
