Job summary

Johnsons Cars in Tamworth is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our Hyundai/Mazda dealership. You will deliver exceptional customer service, book vehicles, schedule work and provide accurate estimates for servicing and repairs.

With a competitive £28,000 base salary plus £6,000 bonus, 31 days holiday, and a pathway for training and progression, this role offers a fast-paced environment and clear career development within a leading UK independent dealer group.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor in automotive industry (essential).
• Strong communication skills, face-to-face and over the phone.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the aftersales journey
• Booking in vehicles, scheduling work, and managing workshop diaries
• Providing accurate estimates for servicing and repairs, including timescales and costs
• Keeping customers fully informed with clear and timely updates
• Promoting additional products, services, parts, and accessories where appropriate
• Ensuring all customer expectations are met and exceeded

• Previous experience as aService Advisorwithin the automotive industry (essential)
