Job summary

Listers Group Limited is seeking an organised Parts Supervisor to support the Parts Manager at our Honda dealership in Northampton. You will oversee day-to-day department operations, liaise with customers and workshop, and contribute to budgeting and stock management.

The role offers development opportunities, on-site parking, a pension and staff benefits. Ideal candidates will have senior parts experience or be ready for their first step into management.

Job description

We are currently looking to recruit an organised and motivated Parts Supervisor to work within one our busy Parts departments at our Honda Dealership in Northampton.

You will be directly involved in supporting the Parts Manager in the day to day running of the department as well as deputising during holidays etc. Serving the general public, trade customers and the supply of our own workshop the Parts Supervisor will also be involved in budgeting, performance and development.

Your duties will include:

• Department reviews and management.
• Budgeting and forecasting.
• Supervising staff in the parts department.
• Order taking.
• Order picking.
• Carrying out daily / weekly stock checking.
• Assisting with the pre-picking of parts for workshop job cards.

We require a highly organised individual with a high level of customer service experience who can liaise, communicate and deliver a first class service to all of our customers.

Ideally you will be experienced in either a similar role aspiring to join the Group or in a senior parts role looking for your first step into management.
