Job summary

Plus One Personnel Ltd. are seeking a proactive Parts Advisor to join their busy Sales and Service team in Banbury. You will manage spare parts enquiries, quotations, orders and deliveries, liaising with customers, suppliers and internal departments to ensure efficient service.

The role is in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with full training on specialist systems, offering a structured career path within a global business.

Qualifications

• Experience in parts advisor, spare parts administration, stock control or similar role.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word/Excel and ability to learn bespoke systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills for telephone and email enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate spare parts quotations using the bespoke system.
• Process spare parts sales orders, generate packing docs and raise invoices.
• Maintain stock/inventory records and participate in stocktakes.
• Liaise with customers, factories and internal departments to coordinate orders.
• Arrange UK and international spare parts shipments with dispatch docs.
• Manage warranty enquiries, returns and credits with factories.
• Support warehouse activities including picking/packing.
• Complete general admin and maintain sales order records.
