Perfect Placement UK Ltd in Exeter, Devon, is seeking a motivated Parts Advisor to join a well-established team in the automotive sector. You will provide expert advice on parts, manage stock, and utilise our computerised parts system to drive sales and inventory control.

The role offers a competitive salary with a Monday–Friday pattern and Saturday rota, plus ongoing training to help you grow within a reputable automotive business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or similar role in motor trade.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
• Motivation to further develop within a reputable automotive company in Exeter.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert advice to customers on parts and accessories.
• Manage stock levels and ensure product availability.
• Utilise computerised parts system for sales and inventory management.
• Assist in order processing and parts procurement activities.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Support workshop team with parts requirements as needed.
