Job summary

Citygate Automotive Limited is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our team in the UK. You will coordinate receipt/return of manufacturer goods, keep stock accurate, and dispatch orders efficiently while maintaining records and cash controls.

Ideal candidates will have experience in a main dealer Parts Department, strong communication skills, and the ability to work on their own initiative with good administration. Citygate offers training and progression across brands and locations.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer handling skills.
• Previous experience in a similar position.
• Experience in a main dealer Parts Department.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt and return of manufacturers goods.
• Ensure goods are dispatched or stocked daily.
• Ensure stock is received, checked and stored.
• Ensure parts and accessories are correctly binned and recorded.
• Select items accurately, progress and dispatch orders efficiently.
• Order parts under supervision of Aftersales Manager.
• Maintain up-to-date parts department records.
• Maintain accurate cash and credit controls.
