Job summary

Plus Ltd in Banbury, Oxfordshire, is seeking a proactive Parts Advisor/Spare Parts Administrator to join a busy Sales and Service team. You will handle spare parts enquiries, prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate UK and international shipments, while maintaining accurate stock records and delivering excellent service.

Ideally you will have experience in parts administration or stock control, with strong IT skills and the ability to learn bespoke systems; training on company systems

Qualifications

• Experience in parts administration, stock control or inventory management.
• Strong IT skills including Word and Excel, and ability to learn bespoke systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare spare parts quotations and respond to pricing/availability enquiries.
• Process spare parts orders, generate documents, and raise invoices.
