The Grove in Maidstone is seeking a Parts Advisor to deliver expert advice on automotive parts, process orders accurately, and drive customer satisfaction. You will engage in inbound inquiries, outbound sales calls, and collaborate with colleagues to meet targets.

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established main dealer parts operation in Maidstone, for the position of Parts Advisor. Requirements of the Parts Advisor

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a related automotive customer service role
• Strong telephone manner and excellent communication skills
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
• Passion for the automotive industry
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Competitive basic salary of £32,000 plus a bonus of £4,000 (OTE £36,000)
• Working hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:15 PM, with one in five weeks until 5:30 PM
• Saturday mornings, 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM, one in three Saturdays
• Holiday entitlement of 22 days plus 8 bank holidays
