Job summary

DM Keith Ltd in Bradford is seeking a Parts Advisor to join the Ford Bradford dealership's Parts Department. You will be part of a family-run business known for world-class customer service and a strong emphasis on promotion from within.

You’ll work Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with a Saturday 8:30am-12:30pm shift every other week, and receive an industry-leading package with training to build product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within automotive retail.
• Ability to use EPAC/ETKA catalogues and stock lists.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced parts environment and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the Parts Department.
• Plan, organise and control the Parts Department resources to maximise sales and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and develop the other personnel in the department.
• Receive and identify stock; check goods from suppliers.
• Locate items in parts department correctly.
• Accurately identify customer needs using EPAC, ETKA catalogues and computer stock lists.
• Conduct all transactions with customers with utmost courtesy.
• Implement the discount structure as applicable.
• Pick parts for service, sales, retail and trade customers.

We are looking for a Parts Advisor to join our Parts Department at our Ford Bradford dealership.

About you

You will be responsiblefacilitating the efficient operation of the Service department through the use of all available Aftersales departmental resources to maximise customer experience and profitability throughout all transactions.You will also be expected toensure there is growth and development of the business through providing core, value added and incremental aftersales products whilst upholding full Duty of Care to our customer’s vehicles at all times.

Main Purpose of Job:

• To ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the Parts department.
