Job summary

D.M.Keith Ltd is recruiting a Parts Advisor for the Bradford Ford dealership. You will support the Parts Department and help deliver world-class customer service while developing product knowledge through manufacturer training.

You will manage stock, identify parts using EPAC and ETKA catalogues, handle transactions, and work Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday mornings.

Qualifications

• Experience in an automotive parts department preferred.
• Strong commitment to delivering world-class customer service.
• Ability to identify stock and process stock movements accurately.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge through manufacturer training.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient operation of the Parts Department.
• Plan, organise and control department resources to maximise sales and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and develop other personnel in the department.
• Receive and identify stock, check goods from suppliers.

We are looking for a Parts Advisor to join our Parts Department at our Ford Bradford dealership.

About you

You will be responsiblefacilitating the efficient operation of the Service department through the use of all available Aftersales departmental resources to maximise customer experience and profitability throughout all transactions.You will also be expected toensure there is growth and development of the business through providing core, value added and incremental aftersales products whilst upholding full Duty of Care to our customer’s vehicles at all times.

Main Purpose of Job:

• To ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the Parts department.
  
• To plan organise and control the Parts Department resources to maximise the Parts sales, up sell and customer satisfaction.
  
• To supervise and develop the other personnel in the department
  
• To receive and identify stock. To check goods from suppliers.
  
• To locate items in parts department correctly
  
• To ensure accurate identification of customers' needs by means of, EPAC, ETKA parts catalogues and computer stock lists.
  
• To conduct all transactions with customers with the utmost courtesy.
  
• Implementation of discount structure as applicable.
  
• To pick parts for service, sales, retail and trade customers

Hours

Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Every other Saturday 8:30am-12:30pm
