Job summary

TrustFord is seeking a Parts Advisor at our PartsPlus Distribution Centre. You will receive and process telephone and online orders, manage customer accounts and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

The successful candidate will have good technical knowledge of vehicle parts, strong numeracy, and excellent communication and IT skills, with opportunities for training and progression.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a courteous, professional manner.
• Numerate and literate with good IT skills.
• Experience or knowledge of vehicle parts is desirable.

We are looking for a Parts Advisor to join us at our PartsPlus Distribution Centre. We are seeking candidate whose excellent communication skills make them stand out from the crowd. The right candidate must be numerate and literate with a prompt, courteous and professional manner, and excellent IT skills.

Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will undertake the receiving and processing of telephone and internet orders, ensuring customer accounts are managed effectively and integration with other departments to maintain a smooth operation.

• Do you have good technical knowledge of vehicle parts?
• Are you confident upselling or advising on related or alternative parts when appropriate?
• Have you previously identified vehicle parts using VIN numbers or electronic parts catalogues (e.g Autocat)?
