Vantage Motor Group Limited is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our team at Toyota Blackburn. You will plan and coordinate the dealership’s parts sales to meet customer requirements and maximise sales volumes and margins.

You will build rapport with customers, communicate by telephone and face to face, and order parts for the Service team while maintaining stock levels and handling related administration. A motor industry background is required.

Qualifications

• Motor industry experience required.
• Full clean UK driving licence.
• Experience in stock ordering and stock intake.

Responsabilités

• Plan and coordinate the dealership’s parts sales to meet customer requirements and maximise sales volumes and margins.
• Order parts for the Service team and maintain the agreed stock and accessory levels; complete relevant administration such as customer records and invoicing.
• Candidate must have previous motor industry experience.
