Job summary
Group 1 Automotive Liverpool Toyota is seeking a Parts Advisor to provide excellent customer service in the parts department. You will assist customers face-to-face or by phone, advise on parts availability, log orders, and maintain accurate records while promoting promotions and product information.

Qualifications
- Front-line experience in parts or service counter is desirable.
- Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to customers on parts availability and lead times.
- Receive, log, and allocate parts and consumables from suppliers.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to external and internal customers.
- Recommend suitable parts to meet customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer records on company systems.
- Communicate promotions and product information to customers.
- Familiarise with all departmental procedures and processes.
- Build strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers.
