Job summary

Vantage Motor Group Limited is hiring a Parts Advisor for our Brand New team at Toyota Leeds Contact Centre. The role handles inbound Trade Sales calls, with some retail activity, and includes outbound calls to growTrade customers.

You will price parts, place orders, and arrange delivery with customers at our network of sites. You will be part of a busy Call Centre environment, focused on excellent customer service and building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Inbound calls handling for Trade Sales and some retail customers.
• Ability to generate new Trade customers and re-establish lapsed Trade customers.
• Provide pricing information to secure customer business and build rapport.
• Order parts for delivery to customer locations with accuracy.
• Gaining agreement on payment and delivery terms with Trade customers.

New opportunity not to be missed ! Vantage are looking for a Parts Advisor to join our Brand New team based in Toyota Leeds Contact Centre . In return you will receive a competitive starting salary of £31,209.10 per annum including OTE depending on experience plus excellent benefits!

This is a full time permanent position working 42.5 hours per week Monday - Friday.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our brand-new Parts Call Centre. You will receive inbound calls on behalf of our 10 Parts Departments across the group. Your main focus will be inbound Trade Sales with a small element of retail customers, whilst also making outbound calls to generate new Trade customers and re-establishing contact with lapsed Trade customers.

You will be responsible for;

• Providing pricing information, with the intent to gain customers business and build a strong rapport
• Ordering the required parts for delivery to the customers local Vantage centre, as agreed with the customer
• Agreeing payment and delivery schedule of Parts to Trade customers within our delivery area

Customer experience is at the centre of everything we do. This is a customer focused role and will involve dealing with our valued customers whilst also liasing with our dealerships to resolve any issues.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a friendly and professional telephone manner
• Be confident, professional and an enthusiastic individual with a passion for delivering great customer service and a desire to exceed customer expectations
• Have the ability to build a long lasting relationship with our customers and have a good understanding of their needs in order to guide them towards the product they require
• Have gained experience in stock ordering in a similar role
