Qualifications

• Experience as a Parts Advisor or Parts Sales Advisor within an automotive environment.
• Strong product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Organised, accurate and able to work efficiently under pressure.
• Confident communicator with a proactive approach to sales and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Advising internal and external customers on parts requirements accurately and efficiently.
• Processing parts orders and ensuring correct components are sourced and supplied as an experienced Parts Advisor.
• Working towards monthly KPIs to maximise bonus earnings.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Supporting the workshop team to ensure parts availability and minimal downtime.
• Maintaining accurate stock records and documentation.

Location: Avonmouth

Salary:£33,600 per year

Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week (Flexibility with start and finish times)
