Job summary

Drive Motor Retail in Bristol North is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join our team. You will provide efficient, knowledgeable service to retail, trade and workshop customers while processing parts enquiries.

The role requires strong knowledge of parts catalogues and stock control, accurate administration, and the confidence to identify extra sales opportunities. We offer clear progression, training, and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor in a dealership or automotive environment.
• Strong knowledge of parts catalogues and stock control systems.
• High level of accuracy in administrative tasks and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, knowledgeable service to retail, trade, and internal customers.
• Process parts enquiries and orders with accuracy and urgency.
• Identify additional sales opportunities and promote special offers.
• Use technical knowledge to assist customers clearly and confidently.
• Communicate stock discrepancies to the Parts Manager promptly.
• Maintain compliance with company processes and data protection policies.
