Perfect Placement are seeking a Trade Parts Advisor for a busy automotive dealership in Basildon, Essex. This full-time, permanent role combines sales and customer service in a supportive environment, with a competitive salary and realistic on-target earnings.

You will handle trade and retail enquiries, process orders, upsell parts, and manage stock. Applicants should have at least 2 years' parts experience; Kerridge or Keyloop experience is advantageous.

• Working hours from Monday to Friday, 7.30am - 5.30pm, with 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8am - 1pm

Duties of the Parts Advisor

• Handle trade and retail parts enquiries efficiently and professionally
• Process orders accurately and swiftly
• Upsell parts to maximise sales and revenue
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Manage stock levels effectively to ensure availability
• Support the parts team with daily operational tasks
• Contribute to departmental sales targets and customer service standards

Requirements of the Parts Advisor

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Parts Advisor or Trade Parts Advisor
• Strong understanding of automotive parts and parts department operations
