Venatu Consulting Ltd in Leeds is seeking a Parts Advisor to join a busy commercial vehicle dealership. This permanent role offers a 45-hour week, Monday to Friday with one in three Saturdays, with overtime payable.

You will provide a professional parts sales service to customers, identify correct components, and contribute to business growth. Ideal candidates have parts experience, a customer-focused approach, and a full UK driving licence.

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar role within the commercial vehicle or motor trade sector.
• Customer-focused and sales driven approach.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good computer literacy and basic IT skills.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Providing a professional parts sales service to internal and external customers.
• Responding to parts enquiries face to face, over the trade counter and by telephone.
• Identifying the correct parts using relevant parts identification tools.
• Processing customer orders and ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently.
• Supporting the growth of the parts business through excellent customer service and sales.
• Maintaining accurate records relating to parts orders and transactions.
• Working with colleagues and customers to ensure a responsive and efficient service.

About the role

An exciting opportunity is available for a Parts Advisor to join a busy commercial vehicle dealership in Leeds. This permanent Parts Advisor position would suit an individual with previous experience in vehicle parts, the commercial vehicle industry, the motor trade or a related sector.

As a Parts Advisor, you will provide a professional parts sales service to internal and external customers, helping identify the correct components and ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently. This Parts Advisor role would also suit someone with a passion for trucks and knowledge of truck or car parts who enjoys working with customers and contributing to business growth.

Skills and experience required

Essential:

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar role within the commercial vehicle, motor trade or an associated sector.
• A customer focused and sales driven approach.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good computer literacy.
• A full UK driving licence.

Desirable:

• Experience within a truck, HGV or commercial vehicle dealership.
• Knowledge of truck, trailer or car parts.
• Experience using electronic parts catalogues or parts identification systems.
• A background in parts sales, trade counter sales or automotive customer service.
