Overview

We\'re currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Partnerships Manager - Supply Chain & Housing to join their team delivering management services across housing frameworks in the London, Waterloo area. This is a key role focused on managing supplier relationships, supporting members, and driving business development within the housing sector.

Contract

This position is offering a full-time permanent contract.

Salary and Benefits
  • Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (DOE) + car allowance
  • Pension scheme: 5% contribution matching employee contribution
  • Holiday: 25 days per annum pro rata to the start date (financial and holiday years run July to June) plus statutory bank holidays

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage supply chain relationships to support frameworks, contracts, and DPS programmes.
  • Provide operational support to the Member Services Team and supply chain partners.
  • Onboard and maintain relationships with new and existing suppliers.
  • Support mobilisation and delivery of member programmes and call-off contracts.
  • Assist in the negotiation of call-off contracts to maximise value for members.
  • Identify consultancy and business development opportunities to add value to members.
  • Support events, including seminars, roundtables, and conferences, while maintaining strong supply chain relationships.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping, reporting, and monitoring of social value and CSR activities.
  • Keep abreast of legislative or sector changes affecting delivery of services.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in supply chain management, partnerships, or business development within the housing or construction sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Knowledge of public procurement rules, commercial contractual arrangements, or social housing frameworks is desirable.
  • Confident, resilient, and able to work as part of a team.
