A leading foreign exchange company in Greater London is seeking a Partnership Manager to nurture partner relationships and drive referral growth. This role requires fluency in both Greek and English and a passion for positive team impact. Responsibilities include training partners, managing referrals, and achieving revenue targets. Lumon’s vast partnership network is one of the firm’s most valuable assets and this newly created role has been designed to support the ongoing growth and success of the Lumon partnership team. The Partnership Manager will be responsible for making frequent contact with partners to drive up referral numbers, deliver exceptional service and to create new business revenue in line with targets.
