Job summary

Lyst, a London-based global fashion platform, is hiring a Technical Account Executive to manage technical onboarding for brands and retailers. You will coordinate with commercial, acquisition and engineering teams to ensure partners launch efficiently and meet technical requirements.

Ideal candidates are organized, technically curious and comfortable working with external partners. You will troubleshoot feeds, communicate clearly, and drive onboarding from initial setup to live status, while

Qualifications

• Experience in technical support, account management, operations or partner-facing roles.
• Interest in technology, data and e-commerce.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple partners and priorities.
• Strong attention to detail with data.

Responsibilities

• Manage the technical onboarding process from setup to launch with new partners.
• Collaborate with brands, retailers and their technical teams to align feed setup and requirements.
• Review and troubleshoot product feeds for completeness and correctness.
• Support partners on feed availability, structure, and data issues.
• Coordinate feed delivery methods (FTP, SFTP, etc.) and validate feeds before launch.
• Perform technical checks to ensure feeds meet requirements before going live.
• Work with Engineering and Account Management to resolve blockers.
• Track partner progress and follow up on issues in a timely manner.
• Communicate technical requirements clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Escalate complex issues to drive resolution and maintain records in systems.
• Identify improvements to speed up onboarding and partner integrations.
• Provide ongoing technical support post-launch.
