Job summary

Lyst is a global fashion shopping platform seeking a Customer Ops Specialist to own systems, workflows, automation and reporting, enabling scalable customer care aligned with business needs. You will identify recurring problems, analyze data to uncover root causes, and collaborate with stakeholders to build robust, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities include handling customer queries, implementing AI-driven workflows for high-volume tasks, tuning automation for quality, and building dashboards

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with helpdesk platforms (Zendesk, Intercom, Dixa, etc.) and used workflow automation, routing, and AI/ML features in production.
• Clear analytical mindset: can identify root causes from ticket data and propose system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Customer support: confidently handle queries and requests.
• Backend automation: automate recurring tasks and build API connectors and audit workflows.
• Reporting: own customer ops analytics, live dashboards, and data quality/audit trails for GDPR and refunds.
• Sharing feedback and insights to stakeholders within forums.
