Job summary

Shape Recruitment is seeking an adaptable, technically-minded candidate to join a leading, global digital marketing technology business in Greater London. The role focuses on onboarding new clients, delivering automation initiatives, and nurturing technical relationships across multiple accounts.

You will support pre-sales with technical expertise, mentor new team members, and help refine onboarding processes with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and client success.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in a Technology or Science related discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customer experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Understanding of automation projects.
• Knowledge of online tracking technologies and the digital marketing landscape.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and ongoing support for complex top-tier accounts, delivering on time.
• Develop custom solutions and advanced scripts; own automation initiatives.
• Provide leadership on multiple projects and drive them to successful conclusions.
• Evaluate impact of products, customisations and support across clients.
• Be a trusted liaison across teams to resolve complex problems.
• Assess and improve onboarding processes with cross-team collaboration.
• Support pre-sales with technical expertise to educate prospects.
• Learn product value propositions and help implement processes; educate internal teams.
• Mentor new team members.
• Participate in recruitment, conduct interviews and provide feedback.
