Job summary

Taskrabbit is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to coordinate partner launches and internal workflows within a hybrid London setting. You’ll support daily onboarding logistics, schedule training, and maintain partner data across Confluence and internal systems.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in operations or coordination, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with CS, Product, and Data teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, account management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills — able to manage multiple work streams and deadlines simultaneously.
• Clear, confident communicator in Slack, email, and async environments.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally across teams with different priorities and workflows.
• Detail-oriented with a bias toward documentation and process.
• Ability to work independently, follow through on tasks end-to-end, and flag issues proactively.

Responsibilities

• Partner Launch Coordination: manage onboarding logistics, rate card validation, zip code uploads and training coordination.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: track open actions and coordinate launch steps across CS, Product, Data, Localization, and Task Logistics teams.
• Channel & Support Management: triage partner requests and monitor hypercare post-launch.
• Documentation & Infrastructure: maintain Confluence, create onboarding docs, keep partner data current.
• Team Support: assist Onboarding Associate and identify process gaps.
