Qualifications

• 3+ years in an IT support, service desk, or workplace technology role.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of end-user hardware, operating systems, and applications.
• Experience managing user accounts, licenses, and access controls.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all IT issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve employee technology issues.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Work with teams and vendors to manage services.
