Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels and with Customer Service vendors to identify, analyze and solve problems.
• Oversee end-to-end Customer Service operations with a focus on customer obsession and sharing best practices across the network.
• Support procurement activities including vendor strategy, scoping, RFPs, pricing and contract negotiation.
• Implement governance to simplify processes while optimizing customer experience, security and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and develop business continuity plans for new implementations.
• Demonstrate ownership and willingness to roll up sleeves to get things done.
• Travel internationally approximately 30%.
