Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an HR Partner to support Team Leads and Area Managers at the Fulfillment Center. You will help drive employee engagement, manage complex cases, and collaborate with HR, Payroll and High Volume Hiring to implement programs.

As part of the People Experience and Technology Solutions (PXT) team, you’ll develop communication plans, analyse attrition and attendance, and ensure compliance with local employment laws while delivering a high standard of people experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent English (speaking, writing, reading) at a high level.
• Experience in HR or payroll practices and handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support Team Leads and Area Managers on HR topics.
• Serve as point of contact for FC Associates HR needs.
• Manage employee cases and support investigations per local law.
• Collaborate with HR Shared Services, Payroll and High Volume Hiring.
