Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an HR Business Partner to drive operational excellence and organizational health across site operations.

You will partner with field leaders to translate priorities into actionable plans and deliver an outstanding employee experience. The role requires on-site mobility across assigned locations and a proven track record in hr metrics, policy enforcement, and change management within fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of local labor law.
• Experience in HR within an international, fast-paced and customer-driven environment.
• Experience in a call center, distribution center, or manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting hourly employee client group.
• Experience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Foster two-way communication between employees and leaders through feedback mechanisms like Voice of the Associate and roundtables.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs with budget planning.
• Build an environment where employees feel safe and included, establishing Employee Resource Groups and equitable talent practices.
• Maintain meaningful floor presence across the site, gathering insights and identifying early signs of disengagement.
