Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a Delivery Partner Manager to advise and partner with Delivery Service Partners. You will drive growth, safety, and operational excellence across the DSP network, working with regional teams and external vendors to optimize performance and capacity.

The role requires travel between sites, a flexible schedule including weekends, and strong stakeholder collaboration across multiple internal teams to deliver measurable results for the last mile network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field as listed in the qualifications.
• Experience managing programs across logistics, operations or supply chain.
• Experience working with vendors or managing contingent workforce.

Responsibilities

• Advise DSP owners on safety compliance and operational performance.
• Guide DSPs through ramp plans and peak period readiness.
• Coordinate with internal teams (PAR, VAS, Legal) to ensure policy adherence.
• Drive continuous improvement in DSP partner experience and performance.
