Job summary

Deliveroo is seeking a Partner Operations Manager to join the Global Merchant Excellence team in Manchester. You will oversee performance across live and non-live partner channels, drive data-driven improvements, and collaborate with in-house teams and external vendors to optimize merchant experiences.

Key tasks include monitoring KPIs, conducting root-cause analysis, developing new metrics, and presenting strategic insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager in a fast-moving and dynamic company.
• Experience driving performance improvements and projects to completion.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable plans.
• Comfort with presenting updates to senior stakeholders and partners.
• Experience creating reports across CRM and data systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs for channels, queues, and agents across UKI and EU.
• Conduct root cause analyses to identify performance drivers.
• Define and pilot new service metrics and targets.
• Present market performance updates to executive leadership.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
• Collaborate with tech and ops teams to implement changes.
