We Are Adam is seeking a Partner Experience Executive to join its Public Sector Sales Support team. You will work with Account Managers and the Partner Alliance team to nurture relationships with IT partners, distributors and customers, ensuring smooth day-to-day processes.

This role offers a collaborative, fast-paced environment with strong organisational needs. The position is hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 from home) across locations including Manchester, Bristol, Leeds, Buckinghamshire or

Qualifications

• Confident communicator with ability to build relationships.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail, especially with invoices and admin tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with IT partners, distributors, customers and internal Account Managers.
• Support the Partner Alliance team with invoicing and payment processes.
• Process and manage Partner Alliance invoices accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Sales Support, Account Management and Partner Alliance.
• Handle general enquiries from customers, partners and Account Managers.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to ensure processes run smoothly.
