Job summary

Holland & Barrett in the United Kingdom is hiring a Supervisor on a permanent, 18-hour weekly contract. You will lead by example, support the Store Manager, coach colleagues and help customers find the right wellness products.

You will complete our Qualified to Advise training, drive sales, stock, merchandising and operations, and foster an inclusive, helpful store environment for a diverse customer base.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service, with ability to lead others.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for health and wellness and willingness to learn product knowledge.
• Strong organisational skills and decision-making in a busy store.
• Comfort using digital tools to support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences and store goals.
• Coach and develop colleagues to build confidence and product knowledge.
• Complete training to provide health guidance to customers.
