Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Saffron Walden is seeking a Supervisor to lead by example, coach colleagues and deliver an exceptional store experience. This permanent role is 25 hours per week, with shifts including weekends and bank holidays, at £14.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service, with leadership ability.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Confidence using digital tools to support customers and store ops.
