Job summary

Holland & Barrett Ripon is seeking a Supervisory front-line leader to help deliver exceptional customer experiences and support the Store Manager. The role is 20 hours per week with a salary of £13.17 per hour.

You will coach colleagues, develop product knowledge, drive sales and ensure stock, visual merchandising and compliance across the store while maintaining a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and inspiring others in retail.
• Excellent communication with colleagues and customers.
• Confident in coaching and developing team members.
• Ability to plan, organise and prioritise in a busy store.
• Comfort using digital tools for day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to support the Store Manager in delivering customer experiences.
• Coach, motivate and develop colleagues to boost confidence and knowledge.
• Complete training to provide trusted health guidance to customers.
• Drive sales, stock availability, merchandising and store operations.
• Support planning, cost control, compliance and safe working practices.
• Create a positive, inclusive environment for staff and customers.
