Lavender Lodge Restaurant at Whitehall Garden Centre in Lacock is seeking a friendly, experienced Restaurant Supervisor to lead the team and ensure outstanding service in a busy, welcoming setting.

You will supervise front-of-house operations, greet guests, handle queries, coach staff, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety while supporting the Catering Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or senior hospitality role.
• Passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team in a busy environment.

Responsabilités

• Supervise restaurant team on a day-to-day basis.
• Greet customers warmly and offer assistance.
• Provide an excellent standard of customer service at all times.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues courteously.
• Support Operations Manager with smooth running of the restaurant.
• Keep the restaurant clean, tidy and presented to high standards.
• Oversee food and drinks service to company standards.
• Operate till and process transactions accurately.
