De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor is seeking a part-time Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. You will work with the Restaurant Manager in the preparation, setup and service across our outlets to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has restaurant experience, strong communication, and a passion for high standards. You will coach and develop a small team, stay organised under pressure and help deliver memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Positive attitude with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience coaching, developing and training team members.
• Well organised, flexible and able to work under pressure.
