DHL Supply Chain in Scunthorpe is offering a part-time Permanent role (28 hours/week) with shifts on Wednesday and Thursday and on Friday, in a warehouse administration capacity. The position focuses on data accuracy, Excel-based record-keeping, and supporting the wider warehouse and transport teams.

Qualificações

• Strong administrative skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Confident IT user with experience of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Process and maintain accurate records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Microsoft Excel.
• Carry out general administrative duties to support the warehouse operation.
• Book in external hauliers and ensure all shipment information is accurate and up to date.
• Verify and maintain data on spreadsheets, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide administrative support to the wider warehouse and transport teams as required.
