• Lead end-to-end volunteer recruitment, onboarding and retention.
• Collaborate with Retail Area Managers to align volunteer activity with KPI priorities.
• Monitor recruitment pipelines and address gaps across locations.
• Track and report volunteering metrics and provide insights to leadership.
• Improve volunteering processes, tools and resources for consistency.
