Job summary

inspiring vet care is seeking a friendly Receptionist/Admin to join Millburn Vets in Coleraine on a part-time permanent basis. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, handling appointments and enquiries with a professional, compassionate approach.

This role involves front‑of‑house duties, processing insurance claims, maintaining records, and supporting the day‑to‑day running of the practice. Experience in a customer‑facing role is valued and flexibility to cover evenings and weekends
