Job summary

Inspiring Vet Care in Coleraine seeks a friendly Receptionist/Admin for 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, to join the Millburn Vets team. You will be the first point of contact, delivering a welcoming and professional client experience while supporting appointment handling and communications.

The ideal candidate is organized, patient and capable of multitasking in a busy practice. Veterinary experience is desirable, with a flexible approach to shifts including occasional evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on service and detail.
• Experience handling enquiries and managing appointments in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a veterinary setting is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage front-of-house reception duties and appointments.
• Handle enquiries, client communications and insurance claims.
• Support daily running of the practice and collaborate with colleagues.
