VC Evidensia UK, Links Vets, is seeking a friendly Veterinary Receptionist/Administrator on a part-time 6-month FTC. You’ll be the first point of contact, manage appointments and records, and support billing and administration to keep the practice running smoothly.

You’ll join a busy team dedicated to excellent client experience, compassionate care, and professional service. The role offers part-time hours across operating times.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on service and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, welcoming manner.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and providing a friendly, professional first point of contact.
• Scheduling appointments and managing the practice diary.
• Answering telephone calls and responding to email inquiries.
• Maintaining accurate client and patient records.
• Processing payments and supporting clients with billing inquiries.
• Supporting day-to-day administrative duties and practice operations.
• Collaborating with veterinary and support teams to assist clients and patients.
