Job summary

Inspiring Vet Care is seeking an organised, friendly Administrator/Receptionist to join Forge Farm Vets on a part-time fixed-term basis for 12 months. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, managing appointments, handling enquiries and supporting both client communications and the clinical team.

This 19-hour-per-week role is spread over 3 days (Tue, Wed 9am-3pm, Fri 9am-5pm). The successful candidate will be highly organised, with excellent communication and IT skills, and a

• Experience in a veterinary practice or customer-facing role is advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Previous reception/admin experience preferred.
