Job summary

Pearson VUE is hiring a part-time Test Centre Administrator in Edinburgh to join our global network of test centres. You will work a minimum of 21 hours per month, Monday to Saturday, and handle sign-ins, invigilations and general centre operations.

The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, adhering to security and compliance, and supporting multiple test centres as needed. The pay rate is £13.60 per hour, with monthly payments in arrears.

Qualifications

• Friendly and professional team player with excellent timekeeping.
• Experience in using computers preferred, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Flexible, able to work different days and times
• Willing to travel to other test centres to provide support.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service at all times
• Processing candidates' sign-in and explaining the test process to them
• Administering and invigilating tests
• Ensure all compliance standards relating to the test centre operation and security protocols are adhered to
