Job summary

Pearson VUE in Hastings, UK is hiring a Test Centre Administrator to join our dedicated team on a part-time basis. The role requires reliable, punctual attendance with rotating shifts and occasional extra days to cover peak periods, sickness, or holidays.

The hourly rate is £13.60, paid monthly, with a minimum of 8.25 hours per week. Key duties include welcoming candidates, sign-in processing, administering and invigilating tests, and ensuring compliance with security standards.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional team player with excellent timekeeping.
• Proficient with computers; Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) preferred.
• Willing to travel to other test centres as needed.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service at all times
• Processing candidates' sign-in and explaining the test process to them.
• Administering and invigilating tests
• Ensure all compliance standards relating to the test centre operation and security protocols are adhered to
