Job summary

Travis Perkins plc in the United Kingdom is seeking a highly organised Supply Chain Administrator for part-time 24 hours per week (3 days), based at Magna Park or Crosspoint sites. You will work directly with our Head of Distribution to help keep both sites running smoothly.

You’ll handle HR and recruitment support, payroll input, reports and data analysis, and site facilities. A proactive, confidential team player who communicates well will thrive in this busy role.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting HR processes and onboarding.
• Experience handling payroll inputs and shift allowances.
• Ability to analyse attendance and generate reports.

Responsibilities

• HR and recruitment support as first point of contact for questions about HR processes.
• Payroll: input overtime, monthly shift allowance reports, payroll adjustments.
• Reports and data: run holiday reports, analyse attendance, Bradford Factor analysis.
• Site support and facilities: manage cleaning, vending and meeting room bookings; organise access cards.
• Support the wider team: assist Head of Distribution and management with ad hoc projects.
