Job summary

BSS is recruiting a highly organised Supply Chain Administrator for our Magna Park or Crosspoint sites in Market Harborough. The role is 24 hours per week (3 days) and involves HR, payroll support, and site administration to keep operations smooth.

You will onboard new starters, handle overtime, run attendance reports and assist the Head of Distribution with projects. A proactive, confidential team player will thrive in this busy environment.

Responsibilities

• HR and recruitment support.
• Be the go-to person for colleagues and managers with questions about HR processes.
• Acting as first point of contact for our people services team.
• Onboarding new starters so they get a great first impression of BSS.
• Inputting overtime for drivers and other colleagues ahead of payroll cut off.
• Producing the monthly shift allowance report.
• Administering the bonus payment scheme.
• Processing salary changes and shift allowances accurately and on time.
• Running holiday reports when requested.
• Analysing attendance and working with Payroll, HR and ER.
• Completing the monthly Bradford Factor analysis.
• Making sure attendance records match return to work paperwork.
• Managing cleaning, vending and meeting room bookings.
• Organising door access cards.
• Helping the Head of Distribution and management team with ad hoc projects, including our Getting It Right awards.
