Job summary

HR GO Recruitment is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Administrator to join our fast-paced operations team in Strood. You will support day-to-day supply chain activities, ensuring accurate inventory control and efficient order processing using ERP and MRP systems.

Key responsibilities include maintaining inventory records, raising POs, monitoring stock, liaising with suppliers, and producing reports to drive decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP and MRP systems in a supply chain, manufacturing or distribution environment.
• High numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management.
• Organised and able to prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
• Willingness to propose process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update inventory records in ERP/MRP to ensure accuracy.
• Raise and process purchase orders, goods receipts and returns.
• Monitor stock levels, trigger replenishment and support demand planning.
• Liaise with suppliers, production and warehouse teams to resolve issues.
• Produce regular reports and KPIs from ERP/MRP data.
• Assist with cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes.
• Ensure compliance with purchasing and stock control procedures.
